'Newsletter'  July 2010

Much has changed in the political arena since my last Newsletter. As we all know Kevin Rudd was axed by his Party as P.M. and we now have our first female P.M. Time will tell if there are to be changes made that will be beneficial to this Country.

Government, as elected, should focus solely on working for Australia and her people. Not as we have seen in the past, with the sell out of this great Nation of ours.

I personally had no time for Kevin Rudd but I abhor the tactics used, which showed disloyalty to the extreme, to unseat him.

As I have said in the past we have lost our way in this Country because of the attitude of "I’m alright Jack bugger you." But now, with the outcry of many by the way Kevin Rudd was dumped, we see that deep down the Australian people still hold dear to them a sense of " fair play."

These same people are waking up to the fact that they do have alternatives to the 2 Party system that has prevailed for too long.

This coming Federal Election may be our best shot since the 1998 Federal Election when Pauline Hanson had us right up there with over a million votes coming our way.

We have good Candidates, the first of ours being fully endorsed with his Police Report etc in order, at our State Meeting on Saturday July 3rd. See Dale’s Resume attached

Rosalyn Townsend, Dale’s wife, has agreed to run as Dale’s running mate on the Senate Ticket.

As you all realise we rely on donations so if you can manage a donation to help with this campaign we will be grateful.

It is up to us to get behind our Candidates to once again have a voice in Parliament.

A Public Meeting is scheduled for Saturday 31st July. We have contacted organisations such as the Pensioners & Nurses Associations to seek speakers on issues that are a concern.

This meeting will be at the A T Niemann Community Hall 14 Baxter Ave Chelsea melways 93 C11

The State Executive will meet at the Hall for a short Meeting starting at 12.30 p.m.

The Public Meeting will start at 2.00 p.m. Come along and bring your Family and Friends.

We still need you, our Members and Supporters, to help us with suggestions for further Public Meetings. Can you arrange a hall in your area? Are the local people concerned as to where this country is headed?

Perhaps if you place the attached media release on your local Notice board we may get feedback.

On Tuesday 6th July there was a disturbing segment on ch 9 Current Affair where a spokesperson for the Muslim organisation has indicated their intention of bringing Sharia Law into our society.

See Media Release From Rod Evans This release has now been sent to Media outlets across the country. 1.

We can see more than ever how we are losing our rights. Please pass this Media Release on to as many as possible to try to open the eyes of those who do not want to see.

Our advert in the Herald Sun on April 21st 2010 where we asked " Do you want to live under Sharia Law is still attracting attention and bringing in new Members.

This is the proof that many do have concerns for our rights.

Most of us can remember when we were a self-sufficient Country. Why cannot we be self- sufficient once again. Why do we allow the importing of foods from countries where the use of such poisonous sprays as DDT are used? Not to mention human excrement as fertiliser. We still have some market gardens left and if they are supported they may be given the chance to grow.

Many of our fruit growers have ploughed their trees in because of the importing of fruit.

Let us support those who remain by only buying Australian grown.

The repairing of the damage done to our Nation has to start somewhere and with someone. Let that person be you. BUY AUSTRALIAN.

N.S.W. Division held their A.G.M. on Saturday July 3rd. The new State President is Bob Vinnicombe. One Nation Victoria congratulate the new Executive and look forward to a further working relationship with them.

REMINDER

Membership Renewals were sent out with my June Newsletter. If you haven’t sent in your renewal can I ask that you do so A.S.A.P. so help close that particular task.

Remember we do value our Members.

I was sorry to hear that Helen Hilton is experiencing bad health at this time. Helen has been a dear friend and long time valued Member of One Nation. You may remember in previous Newsletters where I have printed articles of Helen’s fight with the bureaucracy for the rights of volunteers in her work as a Wildlife Rescue Volunteer. We ask that you please say a prayer for Helen.

Our State President John Groves met with Executive Members of the DLP. This now gives us two credible Parties we are negotiating with for preferences at the Election. You still have time to make any other suggestions.

We will be looking for people to hand out "How to Vote Cards’ on Election Day If you can spare even a few hours it will all help.

This Election could be called any day now so we must be prepared.

We look forward to seeing you at the Campaign Launch .

Come along and meet our Candidates.

Until next time

My Best Regards to All

President’s Report July 2010

According to the Australian Constitution, changes can only be made to that Constitution or the Constitution of each State or Territory of Australia, by a referendum of the people of Australia.

Interestingly the W.A. and Queensland Constitutions have never been ratified by the people in those States. Which means that both of these States work under the Constitutional Act of their State

Section 109 in the Australian Constitution, states that Federal Law overrides State Law, to change any part of a Constitution without first putting it to the Australian people is illegal and deemed an act of Treason which is punishable by imprisonment.

Any changes by so called "regulation" is highly illegal.

If you have access to the Internet , Google Shaw versus Gillard and you will see proof that Julia Gillard was subpoenaed in 2007 because of changes made in W.A.

In our 100 years plus, since Federation, there have only been 8 changes by referendum, to the Australian Constitution.

With the Federal Election looming I urge you all to get behind our Senate Candidates.

Be it handing out "How to Vote Cards" on Election day or if you can spare a donation.

Advertising, Hall Hire and Printing are all costly.

Your State President, John Groves
